Shakespeare’s Garden next to Beldevere’s Castle in Central Park glows with an enormous array of flowers and plants. Many of the plants such as primrose, larks heel, and other flowers are from Shakespeare’s poems that grow in the garden. Look for Shakespeare’s quotes from his plays and poems on plaques next to the flowers.
Enjoy the outdoor summer series of music right next to the garden.
We are having a bright sky thunderstorm tonight, and thinking of wonderful visits to this garden. Take a walk, go for a bike ride, have a picnic, enjoy a morning run surrounded in beauty. Laugh! Have a wonderful day of joy!
